Must have 5+ years of experience managing post production operations within an advertising agency, production company, or post house. Expertise in post production workflows, scheduling, asset delivery, and talent management required. Working knowledge of key post platforms and tools, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and project tracking systems required. We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Location Sound to oversee the technical and operational audio aspects of all Pre-Season Projects, Regular Season Games, and Special Events. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our audio production standards meet the expectations of our award-winning Field Acquisition Department. The Senior Coordinator will manage and maintain all sound equipment inventory, developing and implementing a comprehensive management system that includes tracking gear utilization, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels. This individual will work closely with producers, cinematographers, and freelance audio professionals to ensure seamless execution of all audio operations including in-season game problem solving onsite. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field. 57 years of live event production and/or live theater experience required.
