The self tacking job and electric sail crontrols and winches make it easy sail short-handed. Whilst creating a clear deck and comfortable cockpit area.
Below deck is vast with large galley and saloon area and nav station with lots of hatches for ventilation and light. The master cabin is nicely layed out has separate head and shower.The two aft cabins are a good size and both heads have a large shower compartment.
This example has just done the ARC Dec 2025 and has had many update before the crossing. The owners have had a change of plan and is offered for ready for immediate purchase.

It has plenty of windows giving it a light feel. It has many unique features, including distressed cabinetry and a lovely mini Belfast sink.
Aft there is a good-sized shower cubicle and a composting toilet. If you wanted to convert back to a cassette toilet, there are two spare cassettes available!

Register with Boatshed to see 83 extra photos of this C&B Marine 36 .A beautiful one off build., I have never seen one of these before but can honestly say she looks really good. She appears to be well maintained. Described in her recent survey, a medium light classic cruiser-racer built by C + B Marine in Santa Cruz California USA and designed by Chuck Burns, her first owner. She was designed to be
easily handled by two people.
Built by the W.E.S.T system principally using cold moulded 5/8 strip planked Port Orford cedar (a.k.a. Lawson Cypress) a straight grained timber which is light yet has great strength and rot resistance. This is overlaid by 2 further counter diagonal 1/8 layers.
The decks are marine plywood with teak overlay set in epoxy, the cockpit is moulded fibreglass and her coachroof is largely of teak. Her good ballast ratio makes her very comfortable and seaworthy and she has also proved to have a very good turn of speed.
Teak deck looks pretty good and she has been fitted with a new engine in 2019.

Register with Boatshed to see 73 extra photos of this Robertson and Caine 4300 .The Leopard 4300 is excellent model from Robertson and Caine, and a well respected design and build.
The hulls are stepped and easily driven, the sail plan is a decent size compared to modern cats, due to not having a fly bridge and only slightly raised helm position means the mainsail remains a decent size. Also the engine are shaft drive and further forward in the boat creating a better balance. All these factors give the boat an overall good performance compared to more modern designs.
The use of space on these models above and below deck is superb, basically you cant make better use of the available space with the large saloon and galley area, plus four Cabins and four heads.
This example has had many upgrades including large davit and solar arch and many other systems onboard.
The rap on the topsides is about to be removed and the hull buffed and polished.
