This 1974 Falcon 26 river cruiser is very tidy and well presented. She has been refitted to a good standard and has a large clean tidy white galley to port with smev cooker and separate hob sink unit and fridge. She has a large heads compartment to starboard with glass surface basin and matching mixer tap and a composting toilet. The shower is hot and cold and a good size space. The saloon converts to a parge double and the helm is to port with a stool seat. She also has remoter steering operation from a key fob! The aft cabin is a large double with good storage and eberspacher heating. She has shore power fitted and a large aft well which give access to the gas locker storage lockers and engine area. She had a her hull recently fully 2 pack spray painted and she has a large sliding roof over the saloon. The saloon also boasts a large storage area in the bow and the there is an inflatable dinghy included in the sale that is currently stored there. She has her broads toll paid to March 26 and current boat safety certificate to 07/04/2028. She also has solar panels to keep the battery charged. As its winter she is a little grubby as is to be expected but some recent pictures are included from the vendor
If you like the safari this is like a safari plus with the large aft well more height and width and similar layout.

This boat is exceptional in her apparent condition and a true credit to her last owner of 10 years. She is very tidy, clean and dry and has a good canopy and is currently winterised and covered as can be seen in the pictures. She has a much sought after mooring in a wet shed than could possibly be transferred to the new owner by agreement with the marina. The boat has a very well looked after Leyland BMC 1.5 Diesel engine that was serviced on the day I took the photographs. The engine appears to start and run very nicely indeed.
Her aft cockpit has a full width rear bench with side wing cushions and this has huge storage beneath.
Entering the saloon we have original gelcoat everywhere and a clean and tidy and well presented cabin galley and heads. The convertible saloon makes a double berth and she has a forward twin with infill that also makes a double. forward there is also a basin and vanity.
The galley to port is well equipped with gas cooker and hob sink and plenty of storage. The boat has 240v shore power, hot water, fridge and heating. The heads and shower compartment is also clean and tidy. She was last out of the water and antifouled May 2024 and has a boat safety certificate to October 2027. These are popular river cruisers with a lot to offer and this example stands out in its condition and originality. viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate this wonderful little vessel.

With a collapsible wheelhouse, built from mahogany, there is vessel is only restricted by her beam in where she can cruise. The 12ft beam means she feels very spacious, with two cabins, both of a good size.
The galley has a great deal of storage, in fact storage is abundant throughout the boat. The bathroom feels luxurious with a full-sized cubicle shower, hand basin and electric flushing loo.
There is both a solid fuel stove and diesel powered boiler heating radiators throughout the boat.
The boat was last out of the water in 2023 for survey. The BSS expires in October 2027.

Register with Boatshed to see 107 extra photos of this Elysian 27 .Here we have a very special and rare example of the Elysian 27 aft cockpit cruiser from 1966. She started her life on the hire fleet it is believed, before being sold into private care in the 80's.
She is rare as she has been in the previous owner's hands for some 40 years and she is unique in her layout and quality of interior fit and finish. The current owner bought her in the summer this year but they have changed plans and are now reluctantly selling this stunning example. The joinery has to be seen to be appreciated and this extends from the saloon draws and doors to the galley cupboard doors etc and even to the window surrounds!
The galley has all you need to spend several days afloat and she can sleep 4.
Just take a look at the hand made cabinetry, floors and woodwork inside this stunning time capsule of a vessel. She is very special indeed.
She has a separate shower and a separate heads compartment with electric Tecma toilet to holding tank.
She has engine driven warm air system to the saloon and cockpit areas. Her Leyland BMC diesel starts and runs nicely and is serviced regularly and she is kept in a boat shed. So as you can see from the exterior she is very very tidy indeed. She will pass under all broadland bridges (tide allowing).
She has been two-pack painted professionally and this boat just glows inside and out. You would be forgiven for even thinking she has been painted the finish is that good.
Her upholstery is all in good order with a couple of cushions showing some fading, and if I am to be critical one piece of headlining over the forward windows is wrinkled but other than that she is the most charming classic experience and is just delightful.
Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to March 2027 and she was last antifouled in July 2024 and serviced this year I believe.
She has her winter canopy on right now and it was bitterly cold and icy when I listed her recently. So as nothing has altered on the boat I have added pictures from when she was last listed for sale with us in the summer so that you can appreciate her a little better without all the ice and poor light conditions. She has the winter canopy and the light cream canopy too. Also re posted the video from this last listing so please ignore the length of time the owner had owned it as this refers to the gentleman I sold her for in the summer
