We are seeking a creative, motivated, and versatile Post-Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will contribute their expertise in collaboration, photo editing, video editing, and design to support digital content creation for both in-house and client-driven projects. We are looking for candidates with proven experience, a creative mindset, and the technical skills to deliver polished media content such as news-style video packages, photography, testimonials, advertisements, and public service announcements (PSAs). This role requires expertise in journalism, visual storytelling, video content creation, audio mixing, photo editing, and client communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment, collaborating to produce impactful digital content. While experience in photo and video capture is beneficial, it is not required. This role is essential to building audiences, promoting brands, and editing event-style content and coverage. This full-time position is based in the Northern Virginia area, with the ability to work remotely, and potential travel required. Must have 8+ years of progressively complex, media content editing experience spanning still and moving images in an agency, freelance, or production house environment. Comprehensive knowledge of the entire photo/video production process, with a focus on post-production/editing required.
