SGA's career-high 45 fuels OKC without Holmgren

In the Thunder's first game since losing Chet Holmgren for at least two months to a hip fracture, Oklahoma City's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander poured in a career-high 45 points, 9 assists and 5 steals during a 134-126 win over the LA Clippers on Monday.
