This particular example is very well presented and is clean and tidy. She has front and rear canopies which make a huge difference to these cruisers. there is a good sized aft deck under the rear cover with step down companion way to the boas interior. The aft deck area has targe storage areas and access to the gas locker. She has a good size aft cabin with a large double and a single sofa/ berth. Moving forward we have a compact yet well equipped galley to starboard with full size gas cooker, fridge, basin drainer and working surfaces with storage lockers. To port is the spacious heads compartment with toilet to holding tank and shower plus vanity with basin. Heading forward we are in the large and open plan saloon which it very pleasing on the eye and offers a wonderful place to see the rivers from with her large windows and opening roof. The cabinetry all appears to be in good order and tasteful, and offers extensive storage. Her seating also appears to be in very good condition too. The forward drive helm station is to port with seating for two and has a GPS speedo. The forward well is a good size and has two seats / steps out and a good condition canopy cover. The boat can sleep 5 and has the added benefit of diesel warm air heating , full shorepower and battery charge fitted. Her Boat safety certificate runs to 11/10/2027 and he mooring in Wroxham may be available by agreement with the mooring owner. The BMC diesel started and ran quite nicely and was remarkably quiet mad was last serviced in 2023. The boat was also re painted in 2023. These boat details are subject to contract. This is an ex hire vessel owned by the current owner for some 6 years now and she has been loved and well maintained in that time. She has a large, bright and airy saloon with full sliding roof operated via a winch for easy raising and lowering. This opens up the large saloon on sunny days. The large seating area converts to a large double if required and there is a set of steps directly to the side deck when the roof is down. The roof screen also folds allowing bridge clearance. The saloon has a small inverter fitted, TV and DVD player in a cupboard and there is full shore power installed with Victron battery charger. Warm air diesel heating adds to the flexibility of this spacious vessel. She has two dedicated double cabins both with ensuite toilet and shower facilities and a galley amidships with full size gas cooker and fridge and ample storage. She is very tidy and well presented and her Nanni diesel engine starts and runs just as it should and has been serviced, as has the diesel warm air heating. New showers have also been recently fitted. She has a bespoke boarding ladder at the stern that is substantial and with her mains immersion water heater you wont need to run the motor for hot water when on shore power. Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to Jan 2026. This appears to be a very tidy and well equipped example of these quality cruisers that can sleep up to 6 in comfort. She was commissioned in 2005 and includes some added optional extras, such as a bow thruster, electric windlass, and full cockpit enclosure. Her rear cockpit deck comprises of teak planking which appears to be in exceptional condition and a real testament to how the current owner has maintained and looked after his boat. The owner, who before retirement owned an architectural joinery business, has made some very clever additions to the interior of this boat, all of which are highlighted in the interior pictures and videos. The helm has great all-round visibility and a good array of navigational equipment to aid the skipper. The deck is easy to move around with plenty of grab rails and the cockpit, which has a full cockpit enclosure when required, is spacious and practical. There is also a transom gate leading out onto a handy swim platform and swim/boarding ladder. The accommodation is clean, dry, light and airy. There's a large double berth located in the forward cabin with excellent integrated storage beneath and a separate heads/wet room with shower and hand basin. The wheelhouse has a dinette for four that can be also be set up as a large double berth if required. Well looked after and maintained by the current owner, this powerful cruiser the engine has been professionally serviced annually by a local engineer. The recorded engine hours are currently 1101 hours, and this may increase slightly with usage. These boats make for fantastic weekend liveaboards for couples/families, and friends.
