We are looking for an experienced Assistant Editor for a full time position who is quick and technically savvy. You would be responsible for preparing and organizing projects materials through all stages of the digital, nonlinear video editing process; supporting editors and producers. You must be VERY detail oriented, with the ability to work on your own or with a producer or Editor. Experience working with high profile musicians is a plus, as most projects revolve around concerts and social media content. We also film at festivals and concerts at various locations around the country/globe, so the ability to travel for a week or so at a time is a plus. The ideal candidate would have the following: - 3+ years of experience in Post Production - Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and AVID workflow, as well as the ability to work in After Effects and Photoshop on occasion. DaVinci Resolve experience a plus. - Strong knowledge of Post Production workflows and procedures. We are Mac based, so you must know how to work with them. - Strong working knowledge of multi camera setup and syncing (usually between 15-30 cameras). - Strong attention to detail and incredibly organized. - Experience overseeing media management, importing/exporting, transcoding, asset management, project archiving. - Must be able to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines. - Able to multitask under tight deadlines. - Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical problems is a MUST. - Experience in both an Offline and Online setting preferred, with the ability to Upres/Conform offline sequences to HD Online resolution. - Full understanding of workflows including RED, Alexa, Sony, Black Magic, etc. Competitive salary plus benefits

We are looking for a full time Senior Editor (salary) with live music and documentary/non-fiction experience. The ideal candidate would have the following: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an editor in television, documentary or digital environment - Must be able to work in Adobe Premiere, AVID a plus for some projects. - Familiarity with After Effects and motion graphics a plus - Basic color correction and sound mixing skills - Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical problems associated with editing studio and remote production. - Must have samples of work that demonstrates creative editorial with strong music, sound design and graphic sensibilities. We do not do anything scripted, so please show us non-scripted material only. - Ability to create cut-from-scratch Trailer and TV promos under a quick turnaround. - Experience with heavy multi-cam setup (sometimes 15-30 cameras at a time) is a plus. - Experience with documentaries and deep storytelling is a plus - Experience working on music festival content also a major plus. - Must be comfortable with most video codecs and formats, including 4k,6k, and 8k - Functions well under stress/tight deadlines and thick skinned when projects change direction - Detail-oriented, organized, with high standards of quality - Excellent time management, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration within a fast-paced team environment. - Available to work odd hours if needed, sometimes one editor will work on a project and need to pass it off to another so we can meet a deadline.
