SO FOR US TO BE ABLE TO ENSURE THAT WE HAVE COUNTY COMMISSIONER GEORGE HARTWICK APPEARED TO HAVE TROUBLE SPEAKING AT WEDNESDAY MORNINGS COMMISSIONERS MEETING. SOMETHING WAS DEFINITELY OFF 100%.
