Must be a proven leader in setting direction for a project and for inspiring and motivating others. 5+ years experience in a leading animation editing role. High degree of proficiency in Avid Media Composer required. Combination of creative and organization skills with great attention to quality product required. Must be familiar with feature animation pipeline and workflows. Understanding of Animation pre-production, production and post production processes is essential.
