This person will also act as a strategic thought partner to those cross-functional teams across innovative deal structures. The Contract Management Coordinator will have extremely strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will exemplify the core Netflix Values, be adaptable to change, and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. This person will need to be self-motivated and must have the ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time-frames in a fast-paced environment. Must have 3-5 years of experience in contracts and payments administration, legal and/or business affairs at a television studio, production company, or law firm, or experience in production payroll and/or production finance.
