We seek a part-time Film Instructor to teach Introduction to Screenwriting for the fall 2025 semester on our campus. Students learn the principles of character development, dialogue, plot, and story arc. Students analyze feature films and screenplays for structure, pacing, and characterization, complete a treatment or outline for a feature film, and practice writing scenes in the correct format. Must have a Master's degree in Film/Cinema and Media Studies, Film, Television, and Media Studies, Drama/Theater, Mass Communication; or a Bachelor's degree in any of the above AND Master's degree in Visual Studies, Media Studies, English, or Communication; or the equivalent.
