We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Editor with fluent Arabic proficiency to join our post-production team for an impactful short documentary project. This is a contract-based, remote position requiring strong technical expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Suite, as well as experience with stringouts, project organization, captioning and social media content creation. Key Responsibilities: Stringouts & Project Organization: Assist in structuring footage, organizing project files, logging, and ensuring seamless workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro Productions. Editing Social Media Content: Cut compelling teasers, trailers, and short clips for social media platforms. Quality Control: Review and ensure technical and editorial quality in all edits. Transcription & Captioning: Generate and format captions in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Hebrew, and possibly others. Graphics & Titles: Create professional titles for various deliverables. Format Adaptation: Ensure edits are optimized for different social media platforms and distribution formats. Requirements: Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and listening) essential for working with the film's dialogue. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Productions and experience with remote desktop workflows. Strong captioning skills and familiarity with industry-standard captioning formats. Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media. Detail-oriented with excellent quality control skills. Experience in graphic creation, typography, and motion titles within Adobe Suite. Reliable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
