As Photo & Video Specialist, you collaborate with departmental clients and the production team to develop company-wide photo and video projects from conception to delivery. Projects range from consumer-facing photo assets and commercials for advertising use to video communications from our president and CEO and headshots of staff. This role is an integral member of DDC's award-winning production team, which includes our Sr. Manager, Photo & Video as photographer and DP, an in-house producer, production assistant and two creative directors. You are a world-class video storyteller whose skillset blends meticulous attention to detail with strategic ideation. While organized, efficient and deadline-centric, you understand the fluid nature of creative work, with fast turnarounds and evolving priorities. A natural people-person with a service-oriented attitude, you are positive, empathetic, flexible, calm and strategic. You have proven experience editing photo and video projects for a wide range of clients or brands in a corporate, non-profit or agency environment-show us your portfolio! Minimum two (2) years of professional photography and videography experience, corporate/brand experience preferred. Degree or certificate in videography, graphic design, or another relevant creative field, preferred, but comparable years of hands-on experience is accepted.
