We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Senior Assistant Editor to join our team. This role involves assisting with editing tasks and performing various technical operations to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-production processes, information security measures, excellent technical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and working on a high volume of projects with overlapping deadlines and tight turnarounds. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5 years of editing and/or assistant editing experience on a post-production team in an Adobe Premiere environment required. Solid understanding of video and audio formats, codecs, and file management is expected. Knowledge of conforming media for mixing audio and coloring footage, specifically with ProTools and Da Vinci Resolve, required.
