The Team Video Production Manager will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that showcases our brand and athletes through video storytelling across all channels. From ideation to delivery, this role will lead the production process, bringing complex ideas to life through captivating storytelling. This role will require a keen visual eye, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently and create high-volume video content under tight deadlines. The Team Video Production Manager will report to the Director of Team Business Operations and will also work closely with the league's Director, Video and Production as well as the Brand and Marketing team to drive storytelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand and achieves team business objectives. Must have 2-5 years of experience in video production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing, shooting, and editing compelling visual content. Minimum of 2 years of shoot and editing experience on both short-form and long-form sports-related projects for digital platforms required. Proficiency in motion graphics a plus.
