The Video Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process for our YouTube video content. They will be responsible for managing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality videos that align with the brand's goals and creative vision. The Video Producer will collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and talent relations teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and satisfied with the overall output. They will own relationships and management of external vendors and collaborate with internal departments to ensure production needs are met efficiently. The Video Producer may also manage a small team of production assistants to support the production process and provide support with social shoot production as needed. 3-5 years of experience in Video Production required. Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) is expected.
