We are looking for a visionary VP of Creative with a strong sense of storytelling, a collaborative mindset, and great passion for entertainment. The VP of Creative will lead our creative efforts in Latin America, including Brazil. The VP is responsible for overseeing the creative development and execution of content, promotional materials, and branding efforts across all lines of business and media platforms (digital and linear). This role will lead a team of creative professionals, and collaborate with marketing, production, creative operations and programming teams to create compelling, innovative and data-driven digital and linear campaigns that enhance audience engagement and reinforce the brand's position in the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results through creativity and the ability to push creative boundaries while staying aligned with the company's objectives. Bachelor's degree is required with emphasis in bachelor's degree in film, graphic design or a related field. MBA preferred. Must have 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in television, media, or entertainment. Extensive experience in the digital space.
