We are seeking a Video Content Creator to join our Marketing team. Are you a storyteller at heart and a video content nerd in your brain? Do you dream in 60-second, 9x16 aspect ratio? Are you equally comfortable working solo and part of collaborative team? Do you enjoy answering rhetorical questions on a job posting? If you answered yes to all these questions, read on! The Video Content Creator is an entry-level position for a uniquely creative visionary with a technical skillset. This individual conceptualizes and creates primarily video content for all digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email, ourt app and more. You stay on top of trends in the social space and have the ability to translate those trends into engaging video, along with some photo and simple motion graphics content for consumer and music industry audiences. The Creator regularly collaborates with digital, creative and content teams as well as multiple departments within the organization. This position is highly creative and must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively on a variety of projects and initiatives. This individual must have a critical eye and exhibit strong knowledge of video shooting and editing best practices, photography basics, and functional graphic design. Experience with creating original video content from scratch without the use of templates or influencer-generated materials or artificial intelligence is of utmost importance.
