We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Production Lead to oversee our video production team, including a team of producers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hip-hop culture and a passion for storytelling through visual media. As a leader within the creative team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of video production from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Must be able to produce and release 5+ long-form videos on our YouTube channel monthly. Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional video production experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of producers and other creative personnel.
