Visiting Assistant Professor of Cinema Production

We seek to fill a full-time, one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position to begin in the fall of 2025. The teaching load is six courses per year and all courses have enrollments of 18 or fewer. Responsibilities include teaching all aspects of motion-picture production, from conception through post-production, at introductory through advanced levels, as well as short-film screenwriting for both cinema majors and non-majors. Candidates must possess an MFA and be able to teach Adobe Premiere. Must be able to teach all aspects of motion-picture production from conception through post-production. This includes but is not limited to: screenwriting, scheduling, camera operation, cinematography, directing, editing, field sound recording, foley, digital editing, sound design, and basic color correction.
