Register with Boatshed to see 104 extra photos of this Moody 31 MkII .Moody 31's were in production from 1983 through to 1991 and over 300 were built. Register with Boatshed to see 68 extra photos of this Vancouver 28 Sailing Yacht.Boatshed Cornwall are pleased to list this highly desirable Vancouver 28. A Blue water sailing yacht with good characteristics. The newer 28, developed from the Vancouver 27, is fractionally longer in the stern and with a slightly raised sheer, providing a little more volume below decks and designed for short handed cruising. First impressions on arriving at the pontoon berth revealed a tidy yacht, rigged and ready. Viking Wide Beam 60 x 10 Highly desirable mooring REF#332326

2024-04-19 19:46:32| Boatshed.com Recent Boats

Register with Boatshed to see 50 extra photos of this Viking Wide Beam 60 x 10 Highly desirable mooring.Possibly one of the last 'reasonably priced' moorings left in London. This wide beam was built by Viking, so the quality of the boat is superior to many others on the market. Located at the top of Cambridge Heath Road, the residential mooring is right in the centre of vibrant Hackney. The mooring fees are 650/month with the very unusual security of a 10 year lease on the mooring. The boat itself has two cabins, making it ideal for a small family, although it important to note, there are steep steps down to the pontoon. Alternatively, the second cabin could be converted to an office. The forward cabin has a full sized double bed, and opens out onto the well-deck with views across the canal. Because of the proximity the bridge, there is no possibility of another boat being moored on the outside. The heads has two toilets, one compositing, one using the holding tank. Important when waiting for the 'poo-boat' to visit. The boats was last docked in October 2022, when she was blacked and new anodes fitted. BSS expires in October 2026. The boat has been well maintained throughout its ownership, with the engine regularly started even though the boat hasn't been moved much. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. This Viking Wide Beam 60 x 10 Highly desirable mooring has been personally photographed and viewed by Ben Evans & Mark Warner of Boatshed London.

Broom 37 REF#332356

2024-04-18 22:46:23| Boatshed.com Recent Boats

Register with Boatshed to see 206 extra photos of this Broom 37 .If only all boats were kept as well as this beautiful Broom 37 seemingly is! Everywhere I looked, all I could see and feel was quality, care, love, cleanliness and attention to detail! Her exterior is bold, bright and shiny, with a fantastic aft deck, underneath a really huge cockpit tent. Her flybridge area commands a really excellent steering position and is very, very well equipped. Down below, one's first impression is: space! And lots of it! Her cavernous saloon offers comfort, views and relaxation - even more so in her amazing aft cabin, with full island berth, its own separate en suite shower room and electric toilet compartment - all spotless too! Of course, you can helm the boat from down here too - another comprehensively well equipped steering position - and don't forget those two favourites - the twin 225hp Sabres, located underneath the saloon floor. Moving forward, we have a dining area that converts into a double, if your family or friends fancy staying with you, opposite a "proper" galley, with four burner stove, an oven and plenty of room for two to operate at once. Her forward cabin is large, well appointed and enjoys Jack and Jill access to the large - and exceptionally clean - day head, so the best of both worlds! All in all, this is probably one of the best looked after used boats of her age that I've seen and you can probably tell that I really rate her very highly! With her folding radar arch, I can easily see her back on the UK river system, or even better - wending her way through the French canals towards the Mediterranean. BSS compliant until November 2024. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. This Broom 37 has been personally photographed and viewed by Tim Kingston of Boatshed Brighton.
