Previously coded she is an exceptional sea going vessel, with spacious accommodation. She is a rugged, practical and a great sea going fishing boat with lots of evidence to suggest she has been well maintained. The boat has recently had a brand new engine fitted on the portside (only 4.5 hours) and a fully rebuilt engine on the starboard side (only 1.5 hours). This a rather reluctant sale as the owner does not have the time to use her. Inside there is a spacious seating area with large table, a small galley, 2 double cabins, head and separate large shower room. For the skipper there is a commanding helm position with a large leather seat, a full array of navigational equipment including GPS, chartplotter and fish finder. Originally built in 2000, as a 30ft, but extended in 2005 as a 45ft, creating much more space. She was fully stripped out and refurbished in 2024. She's a lovely light and airy boat, with plenty of windows, a midships hatch and a cratch. She presents well and has a relatively unique layout, with the shower/toilet located at the stern as you come down the steps, and a midships queen-sized double berth (the bed extends sideways and has storage beneath). A good-sized galley, with cooker and workspace, then a lovely saloon to the fore, with stove. She also has central heating, with unique bespoke radiators, designed from copper pipe. There is ample room in the storage space to the rear of the galley to house a full-sized fridge/freezer, should you wish. She had a hull survey and was anti-fouled in May 2024. Built in 1923, this lovely barge has been their home for the last 15 years during which time she has extensively cruised the English rivers and canals as well as the French waterways. She has a large rear deck and a comfortable wheelhouse and everything necessary for inland or coastal cruising. There are two double cabins, a bathroom with a bath and shower, separate toilet with macerator tank/sea facility. A large light , airy lounge/ galley main cabin, which has just been recently decorated. Storage cupboards to either side of all cabins give masses of space for stowage. A further 2 berths are available in the 6-seater wheelhouse. The saloon is heated/cooled with air conditioning, and there is a diesel-powered Kubota central heating system. She is powered by a Kromhout (Dutch Gardner) 4-cylinder engine. She is fitted with a 24V bow thruster. 4 large solar panels provide ample power for the 12/24/240v electrics. There's a large 24v leisure battery bank in the bow locker. She was dry-docked, blacked and new anodes in March 2024 at which time a hull survey was carried out.
