You stay on top of trends in the social space and have the ability to translate those trends into engaging video, along with some photo and simple motion graphics content for consumer and music industry audiences. The Creator regularly collaborates with digital, creative and content teams as well as multiple departments within the organization. This position is highly creative and must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively on a variety of projects and initiatives. This individual must have a critical eye and exhibit strong knowledge of video shooting and editing best practices, photography basics, and functional graphic design. Experience with creating original video content from scratch without the use of templates or influencer-generated materials or artificial intelligence is of utmost importance.
