The boat is obviously neglected but she appears to be solid and the hull and topsides look to be in particularly good order. She is being sold as a project and is complete. I will try to find more information re exact year, more engine details and the builder etc and add these if successful. Arrange with the galley in the wheelhouse, there is a good size saloon, heads and forward cabin. Currently arranged with a single berth, the cabin could easily be modified to create a fixed double. The simple heads has a cartridge toilet and shower, but there are brand new facilities on shore, so the current owner prefers not to use the onboard facilities. The vessel was last out of the water in 2021 for blacking. The current mooring fees are circa 7,600 per annum. The BBS expires in March 2029.
