Custom-built in steel in Quebec with completion and final outfitting overseen by its knowledgeable owners she is well-configured and equipped for extended cruising in remote locations. Her range at 7.5 knots is over 1300 nm -- farther if operated at slower speed or if sail assist is employed. Imported into New Zealand and lying near Auckland she has previously been imported into the U.S. and has maintained U.S. documentation. And she has also been imported into Canada -- so is well-suited to be moved to other locales. Only 1100 hours on its Cummins six-cylinder engine. Equipment and features include: Mase 7.1 kw generator, Open Ocean watermaker, solar arrays and wind generator, two tenders including a custom welded aluminum double-hulled workboat, bow and stern thrusters, and a comprehensive nav electronics suite. Liveability and usability features include a large master stateroom with pedestal queen berth, a wheelhouse that could have been transplanted from a much larger ship, a covered aft deck configured for al fresco dining and with its own helm station, a well-configured galley and saloon, a useful guest stateroom / office, and even a compact workshop in the engineroom. Imagine the possibilities! Purchase this boat and explore New Zealand, Australia, and/or the tropical Pacific then ship her to the U.S. or Canada for continued adventuring. This sturdy, efficient and capable boat is built for expeditions far and wide! These boat details are subject to contract. Elysian 27 REF#345770

Register with Boatshed to see 110 extra photos of this Elysian 27 .An absolutely lovely Elysian 27. The condition of this boat is a credit to the current and previous vendors! The clean, dry, tidy and general condition is well worth a viewing and will not disappoint the new owner. There is a current BSC until approx July 2026. The cockpit canopy is like new and the side decks and foredeck has been recently been surface reconditioned. A really comfortable cockpit seating area offers a very sociable area for dining, as does the saloon, and the galley contains both a gas cooker and an electric cooker/toaster. Warm air heating will ensure comfortable living temperature. All in all, this is a really "too good to miss boat"! A V berth forward cabin with a fill in to create a double berth as well as the saloon berth double will offer comfortable nights for four. I am very impressed with the head linings as I have never seen the like before and combined with "touch" LED lighting, is very effective! Early viewing is recommended!! Register with Boatshed to see 72 extra photos of this Catalina 28 Mark II.Catalina Yachts are one of the most popular classes of boats in the USA and are becoming more familiar in European and UK waters. She is the Mark II, a modern design that sails well and is easy to handle with all the control lines leading back to the good sized cockpit. The main sheet traveller is located on the coach roof leaving the cockpit free from obstruction making a much safer cockpit for the crew. The accommodation is vast in comparison to more traditionally built yachts. She has a large double berth aft, in the main saloon there are 2 settee berths around the saloon table with a good sized heads port and the galley opposite. There is a forward cabin which can be 2 separate berths or converted to a double with an infill. She has been well cared for and is currently ashore waiting for your inspection. Give me a call.
