With a high freeboard, centre cockpit, wide gunwales and a flat deck with few obtrusions, she makes an ideal yacht for cruising with young family. However, the beamy interior also makes her a perfect liveaboard and the leisure mooring in SKD can be kept with a 5% transfer fee. The centre cockpit has a good quality enclosure, creating a lot of useable space, with the wheel easily removed to make it the perdect entertaining area. Coming down the companionway into the saloon, the nav station is to starboard and the galley runs down the port side aftwards to the master cabin in the stern. There is an ensuite heads and shower. There is a second heads that serves the forward cabin. The tall rig has a sail area of 788sq ft. There is a good number of sales, currently stored away from the boat. Sold last year to the current owner when just off hire a sad and sudden bereavement means it is now back on the market at a heavily reduced price for quick sale. Freshly off hire last year and fully serviced for the current owner. This is one of the larger Broads cruisers offering 6 separate cabins and comfortable accommodation for 10-12 people. There are 3 toilets all electric flush, 3 showers, a very large sociable saloon and a smaller aft dinette. She boasts a modern Nanni diesel engine with shaft drive. The boat appears to be in a well presented condition and offers huge external space on the aft deck and additional forward deck. These are the last Ideal 45 boats that are now leaving the hire fleet so when these are gone there will be no more. They do not come up for sale very often and are rare on the private market. This is a very well presented little cruiser and she is very tidy and an ideal first river cruiser. She is powered by a reliable serviced and apparently well running Honda 20ho outboard that will be very frugal to run. She has cream leather cockpit seating with wine piping and the saloon is also finished in cream and wine and is in very good order. just one cockpit seat is starting to part along the piping line which is an easy and inexpensive fix. She has a concealed porta potti loo and a small galley unit to port with a manual water basin. She is presented in original gelcoat and her Boat safety certificate runs to November 2026.
