Inside she offers accommodation for 6 people via 3 double beds, a large head with 'jack and jill' access, a decent sized galley with 2 burner gas hob, grill and oven, a fridge and plenty of storage. She is also equipped with hot water and diesel heating. The engine was replaced in 2015 and so she is now powered by a Beta 35hp which allows the boat to achieve 7/8 knots under motor. There are 3 batteries onboard which can be isolated, 2 x domestic, 1 x engine start and when required combined for additional power. A new Sterling Battery charger and monitor is also fitted (these were not cheap!) Up on deck she is rigged with in-mast furling for ease of sail and so has the benefit of unlimited reefing options, there is also a furling foresail Additional items to note, electric windlass, bowthruster, autopilot, radar, full cockpit cover. mast ladder. On inspection there was lots of evidence to suggest she has been a much loved, well maintained and cared for vessel. All of the extensive teak woodwork, including the teak deck, has been kept well-finished and shows very little wear. All of the original interior cabinetry still looks new. There is no indication of water stains from window leaks. There is a long list of new items: the upholstery, the drawer refrigerator and freezer, stern thruster, inverter-battery charger, batteries, and a full complement of navigation equipment. Entering from the bow into the saloon, the area is light and bright, with the forward doors open, the well deck provides ample space for summer dinning. Moving further aft, the bathroom is on the port side, boasting a full sized bath. Hot water heating is via a calorifier, but there is also a domestic boiler, although it does require some attention, or possible replacement. The first of two cabins is large enough for a single bed, or could be used as an office space, or simply for extra storage. The galley is cleverly laid out, with the high-level oven located in the companionway, adjacent to the galley. There is lots of storage and a fitted washing machine. The aft cabin, has a high-level bed already in place, with storage below, but does require a little finishing off. The boat is being sold without a mooring, she is equipped for constant cruising, with solar and a large battery bank. There is no solid fuel stove installed, but the hole for the flue has already been cut, so installation should be quite straightforward. The powerful diesel boiler is ideal for heating the radiators and providing plentiful hot water, but does require attention, or possible replacement. The BSS expires in September 2026. She was last out of the water for a survey in July 2024, with no major concerns report.
