Hershine 50 REF#346023

Register with Boatshed to see 58 extra photos of this Hershine 50 .This splendid motor yacht is being sold with a transferable pied-a-terre mooring in St Katherine's Dock, Central London. The build quality of Hershine is, honestly, second to none. Certainly comparable, if not better than more well-know European boat builders. The spacious aft deck and large, fully covered flybridge increase the amount of living space considerably, making her an ideal liveaboard. There are two double cabins, both with en-suite, and plentiful storage space throughout the boat. The current owner has skilfully adapted the saloon to create a larger, more useable living area, with a corner sofa and desk/office space. The galley is equipped with an electric hob, microwave and a small conventional oven. There is a large amount of storage space, and a substantial fridge/freezer. Directly opposite the galley is the dinette, with enough seating for six adults. The boat has recently returned from routine maintenance in The Medway, where she was lifted, anti-fouled and polished. All systems and engines are working perfectly. Mooring fees at St Kats are currently 16,208pa + VAT. There is a 5% mooring transfer fee. These boat details are subject to contract. The wheelhouse provides a bright, airy living space in which to work or socialise. The galley is well equipped and recently fitted with an electric induction hob, removing any reliance on gas from the boat. The saloon area is bathed in natural light from the large skylight, making the whole boat feel bright and fresh. The solid teak dinning table can be easily folded away, and there is a bench seat which provides further storage. Moving forward, there is a small heads to starboard with the sleeping cabin in the bow. The full fitted double has storage underneath, and there is also a hanging space for clothes. The heating is via a number of infra-red panel heaters distributed throughout the boat. Hot water is provided by an electric calorifier located under the galley sink. Please note that although the boat is fitted with an engine, this has been disconnected from the diesel tank, and is not currently operational. Please also note the maximum headroom down below is 1.85m, dropping to 1.65m in the heads. Current mooring fees are circa 8,585.00 per annum.
