She has a lot of stowage for lobster pots/fishing etc. and would still make a very good fishing boat. She was built in 1999 and the current owner has enjoyed her for the last three years. She has a beta 43 diesel engine and bow thruster. The engine was recently serviced and starts and runs quietly and as it should. Her spacious cockpit it very well appointed and has space for 4 in comfort. Her upholstery is undamaged and very plush and comfortable. The rear seat can turn into a sun pad or extra berth if required. She has the standard hard top with large open skylight with a good canopy to the rear section that can be dropped down on sunny days. Her integral bathing platform has molded steps and boarding rails and she has molded inset steps each side to aid boarding when required. The helm is well laid out with speed and depth units bow thruster control and compass. the cockpit also has storage options and large under floor storage and a smoked Perspex covered glove box style locker. Moving forward through the double sliding companionway doors we find the large comfortable and convertible saloon with galley and heads to port. She has a full hot water both engine heated and via shorepower through the calorifier and her heads and shower compartment is clean and tide and quite spacious. The gally has oven and hon over with a basin and plenty of storage options with a fridge tucked down low under the saloon seating. The smoked bulkhead separates the forward cabin that has aa large double and a single / sofa and lots of storage. Both the saloon and forward cabins have separate TVs and the boat has full shore power solar panels and diesel warm air heating throughout. Her Boats safety certificate runs to August 2026 and she has been recently antifouled and serviced. This boat appears to represent a a very tidy and well equipped example of these roomy and comfortable cruisers. These boat details are subject to contract.
