Register with Boatshed to see 143 extra photos of this Broom Crown 37 .Here we have a broom 37 Crown in original gelcoat dating from 1996. She Has twin Perkins 6354Turbo engine that started and ran nicely when I photographed the boat this week. She appears to be in a very tidy and clean condition with the just the odd small items that I noticed that could do with addressing like a missing speaker cover or small arras of discoloration on a wood panel. Other than that she appears to be a nice example of the type. I believe this particular one was a special commission by her owner and the interior certainly reflects this. She is unusual in her layout and very nice for it too. She has the trademark aft master cabin with island double and separate heads and shower compartments and plenty of storage options. The light well lacquered woodwork is very nice and tidy. The curved companion ways leads from the aft cabin stopping off at the main saloon before continuing up to the flybridge deck in an elegant curve. The large saloon has big picture windows that afford excellent views out and the storage and cabinetry is all very good. The saloon is convertible to make a large double too which can be useful. The Engine bay is beneath the saloon floor accessed by several well trimmed and fitting hatches. The lower helm station is to starboard and the galley down layout to port is well equipped and has ample storage and facilities. Heading forward the large heads to starboard and the forward offset double cabin in the bow finishes that internal layout making this a comfortable 6 berth boat or even and excellent liveaboard option. Her flybridge is large and open plan with a folding radar arch and seating with storage under. there is a canopy over the helm station too. The boat was last out of the water in 2024 and antifouled an d serviced and her boat safety certificate runs in to 2026. If you are looking for a quality Broom river cruiser or large spacious liveaboard then this nice vessel may well appeal. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. This Broom Crown 37 has been personally photographed and viewed by Stephen Biggs of Boatshed Norfolk.

Register with Boatshed to see 59 extra photos of this Powles 42 Centre Cockpit.Powles 42 used for the past 5 years as a live board and as a result benefits from everything needed to do the same. She has solar panels, shore power, wood burning stove, hot water a telephone land line, wi fi internet, car parking etc. Her current residential mooring is available to her new owner. The impressive master cabin forward is home to an island bed and generous storage, there is a large sized heads compartment with a large shower tray and electric flush toilet. The forward cabin and heads really are presented exceptionally well. The interior head linings and upholstery are all in very good order and there are no signs of water ingress whatsoever. There is a generous galley which also offers a large amount of storage. The amidships single berth is ideal for storage. She is priced exceptionally well not only as a useable cruiser but especially considering this would make an ideal short or long term home. *Please note* On the videos of this boat I have described her as a Powles 40 when in fact we have since learned she is a Powles 42 as described in the advertising. These boat details are subject to contract. This Powles 42 Centre Cockpit has been personally photographed and viewed by Gary of Boatshed Norfolk.

Funcraft 1300 Funcraft 1300 Steel self build REF#342355

Register with Boatshed to see 117 extra photos of this Funcraft 1300 Funcraft 1300 Steel self build. Here we have a large Dutch steel cruiser built in holland by Jachtbouwe C Van Meyeren in 2002. This is a funcraft 1300 steel cruiser bought by the current owner in 2021. She is a very nice and large vessel that does require some tidying up as the boat has been effectively not used for a year or so. She was serviced in August 2024 and also had a stern thruster added to compliment her existing bow thruster. She has folding radar arch and screens to aid bridge clearances and a large flybridge / cockpit area with plenty of seating and storage. To the aft is a large swim platform with stairs down each side to access. Wide safe side decks with solid guardrails flank the side walkways making this a safe walk round vessel with large foredeck area with windlass and fender storage. She has twin conformal solar panels on the forward coach roof. Heading down the starboard side companionway you enter the very large open plan saloon and galley to port with washing machine. ample comfortable seating and bright woodwork abound. Under the three hatches in the floor is the extensive engine bay and services access and houses the DAF Diesel engine and systems. The diesel engine appears to start and run very readily and quietly and responds nicely to the controls. The aft cabin is full size and width and has an island berth plus a full size shower and separate heads compartment. There is also a hatch to access the aft swim platform and plenty of bright wood storage cabinetry. Moving forward is the forward heads compartment to Starboard and ahead of that the forward cabin with twin berths. I believe this can be made into a double but was unable to check due to the stored items in this cabin. Her paintwork is all presentable and in general she is in need of a clear out and clean up. This appears to be a spacious and well constructed boat that would make a great cruiser or liveaboard vessel. Her Boat Safety certificate has lapsed but should be a simple matter to reinstate if required for your chosen waterway. These boat details are subject to contract.
