With a proven build quality to Lloyds registered standards, this version appears to have been well maintained and presents as an a tidy capable motor cruiser. With a large, semi enclosed deep safe feeling cockpit and helm, providing plenty of space and stowage for cruising and entertaining and good all round views. The wide side decks provide a secure platform for going forward. This version has a more recent engine, wheel steering and wind steering and new anchor and chain. The spacious accommodation provides an open saloon and large table with plenty of seating. The galley provides space for preparing meals, eveything needed and for any longer distance cruising. The private foreward cabin has a spacious V berth and plenty of stowage. The heads, with a sliding sink are enclosed and are separated by 2 doors and occupies the width of the boat. This 1974 Falcon 26 river cruiser is very tidy and well presented. She has been refitted to a good standard and has a large clean tidy white galley to port with smev cooker and separate hob sink unit and fridge. She has a large heads compartment to starboard with glass surface basin and matching mixer tap and a composting toilet. The shower is hot and cold and a good size space. The saloon converts to a parge double and the helm is to port with a stool seat. She also has remoter steering operation from a key fob! The aft cabin is a large double with good storage and eberspacher heating. She has shore power fitted and a large aft well which give access to the gas locker storage lockers and engine area. She had a her hull recently fully 2 pack spray painted and she has a large sliding roof over the saloon. The saloon also boasts a large storage area in the bow and the there is an inflatable dinghy included in the sale that is currently stored there. She has her broads toll paid to March 26 and current boat safety certificate to 07/04/2028. She also has solar panels to keep the battery charged. As its winter she is a little grubby as is to be expected but some recent pictures are included from the vendor If you like the safari this is like a safari plus with the large aft well more height and width and similar layout.
